Can Vyvanse Be Taken Before Getting A Tattoo?

I m prescribed 60mg Vyvanse for my ADHD, I also am getting a tattoo done Saturday. I was wondering if Vyvanse tends to thin your blood or not because they say not to take Advil or any other pain reliever due to its effect to thin the blood. Should I skip my Vyvanse the day of the tattoo?
