Can Vomikind Be Given To A Child With Throat Pain, Cough And Vomiting?

my son has fever since yesterday, throat pain, cough and conjested nose too. he vomitted 4 times times today and he complains he feels to vomit. can i give him vomikind?. how much should be the dose? He already taking tylenal, musinex multi symptom cold once in 6 hours. please adice. thanks.
