Can Vicodan Be Taken While On Amitriptyline, Clonazepam And Ambien?
I am taking care of a friend who just had a face liift don today. She normally takes amitriptyline 25 mg for depression, clonazepam 0,25 mg for anxiety and ambien 5mg for sleep.Her surgeon prescribed Vicodan 3/325 every 6 for pain. Valium 5 mg every 6 for muscle pain. Concerned about her taking all these meds together, particulaly sleep meds and narcotics?

It may have an additive effect on sensation.
It may cause constipation along with Amitriptyline.
It may lead to dependence so please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
