I'm 49 in a couple of days, I'm male, had a Tia 4 weeks ago come Sunday, I was a heavy smoker, no more, had the all clear at the hospital after all the checks, was in from Sunday Nov 28 to Thursday Dec 2 felt good after the stroke but obviously scared me none the less, but had loads of side effects from the drug (vastatin) on the last night in hostpital, uncontrollable muscle spasms for four and a half hours, until I was exhausted but every time I fell asleep I was emedietly woken with the only thing I can say it felt like was a massive electric jolt, that happened several times over 2 hours until I finally fell asleep for half an hour, I mention this because I have felt light headed and faint ever since that night, especially after food, and strange thing is after that night I don't even think about cigarettes and after 80 a day for 33 years I find strange, but now it seems I'm full of seems like really bad flu, bad head, stomach pains, skin hurts, eyes hurt, muscles hurt, and congestion the works, now if it's just flu i'll just try and ride the storm, not one for winging although this is a little challenging, trying to work through this, I run my own garage, by the way stoped taking vastatin that next day, sorry it's long and hope not to boring
