General & Family Physician 's  Response
Greetings,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
You seem to be taking a drug, Sertraline which is from a group of drug called as SSRI which are used for depression. This drug is broken down in the body by an enzyme called as Cytochrome P450 which is also used to break down many other medication that we generally take. Sertraline also to some degree blocks the action of this enzyme which causes the other drug levels to rise. In your case the other drug is Tamsulosin which is also metabolised by the Cytochrome P450 system. As sertraline blocks the action of this system therefore the level of Tamsulosin increases in your body. So it is a good idea to use slightly lower doses of tamsulosin if you ate already taking the high dose to controll prostatic problems.

It will be wise to visit your physician for dose adjustment according.

Rest of the medication are safe to be taken in combination.

I hope this answer was helpful. In case you need any further assistance then feel free to contact us in writing.
