Can UTI Be The Cause For Blood Along With Urine?

I have had feelings like a uti for the past 2 days and then today eveytime urinate there is blood on the toilet paper. I am 19 and about 125lbs. I have in the past had a Kidney infection from Untreated Strep throat once about 6 months ago and spent a week in the hospital. I do not have health insurance, and have no clue where to go to the doctors at. or even if I need to.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here if you are female then the possibility of menses is likely and this need to be ruled out first and if you suspecting urinary tract infection then better to get done the urine culture sensitivity test, this could clear the doubt, but this is does not seems urinary tract infection, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
