Hello My 3 year old has abeen complaining of a soar throat. This evening she woke up and was sweaty but temperature of 96.3. Her throat was hurting so I gave her some tylenol but the last 4 days she hasn't had much of an appetite what could be the culprit?

Hello

She is most probably having a viral infection and i dont think you have to worry much , just give her the tylenol as and when she has pain or fever and she will do perfectly fine in 2-3 days.
If however she develops vomiting , becomes dull , i would lie you to meet a pediatrician for examination and advice.

Thanks
