General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Tylenol is usually safe unless you have underlying liver disease. The PM part of it is added diphenhydramine which is also safe and is added to help with sleep. Taking it for a short time should not harm you. It is good that you are having liver tests done.
Regards
