Can Tramadol Heal Severe Chest Pain Followed By Muscular Pain And Vomit?

Woke up with severe chest pain in upper right. On a scale of 1-10 at its worst mine is 8+. Took 1 x Tramadole and 2 ParaCode and this helped to a level which I could live with. 3.days earlier had dry reaches attempting to vomit, following day muscular pains in chest, the day after AOK except when I woke up last night.

Tramadol can reducesmusclculo skelital pain.But what ever may be reason consult physician and ruleout coronary invovment. Ecg will be better to rule out coronary invovment. What ever analgesic you are taking should be taken after food. Take antacid omiprazol twice daily. This will stop your vomiting.
