Hi & Welcome.
Tramadol and Temazepam should not be taken together.
Tramadol is an opioid (narcotic-like) pain reliever commonly prescribed for moderate to
severe pain.
Temazepam is a short acting
benzodiazepine commonly prescribed for sleep problems (insomnia) such as trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.
Taking Tramadol along with Temazepam can cause
central nervous system depression which can lead to serious side effects including
respiratory distress, coma, and even death.
You may need alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use both medications.
Similarly taking NSAID like Aleve (Naproxen) together with Xarelto (
Rivaroxaban)- 'a blood thinner' may increase the risk of bleeding, including severe and sometimes fatal hemorrhage.
You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience any unusual bleeding or bruising, or have other signs and symptoms of bleeding such as dizziness, red or black stools coughing up or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds.
Hope to have answered your queries.
Take care.
