Hi,

Toviaz (Fesoterodine Fumarate) is anticholinergic prescribed for overactive bladder. Omesar Plus containing Hydrochlorothiazide will cause diuresis. Diuretics cause polyuria and worsens urge, overflow, stress incontinence. Avoid antihypertensive in combination with a diuretic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
