Hi and Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service .
I have read your question and here is my advice .
Telma.H contains diuretic which may cause dizziness so probably your doctor changed it. Tela AM contains Amlodpine , that can cause headache of course but not very commonly , you are right if BP was fine. However if BP is not low take it twice a day which is not a big deal ,but make sure your BP wont drop
You can take Tylenol or Brufen for the headache. If the headache goes away then you can continue with Talma AM. However if it causes headache every time then probably you would need to change it again.

Hopes this clears your mind.
I would be happy to answer, if your have any thing else to ask in this regards.
I find this answer helpful
