Can Tegretol Be Taken Instead Of Trileptal?

Hello, Ive been on Cymblata and trileptal for years. I also have low sodium. I believe its due to these medications. I am down to 20 mg cymblata and 600 trileptal. I have severe headaches, daily. I started drinking salt tablets. My question is, can I switch my tripletal to tegrtol ?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if it is doubtful that medicine is causing low sodium then you can stop this and better try to come out of the condition without help of medicines, although it may not be the medicine that might cause the low sodium hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
