Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. THC is still controversial as a treatment method for many disorders and there are supporters of this medications but also, many doctors refuse THC as an unefficient and harmful. For this type of disease, autoimmune hepatitis, there is no clinical or scientific evidence that it may be beneficial and cure the disease or act as antiinflammatory substance It may only reduce pain and make you feel more relaxed. So this is not good choice and official antiinflamamtory agents should be used including steroids. I hope I have answered your query. Wish you good health.
