Can TB Medicines Be Taken Along With Cholecalciferol 800IU 20mcg D3 Tablets?

Hello sir 10 days ago i have been treated main diagnosis for Community aquired pneumonia they gave me antibiotics for pneumonia after 7 days and same day they took my sputum sample for find out tb as well after 7 days my results were back now I m treated with pulmonary tb medicine but i have still left to finish 10 day course COLECALCIFEROL 800 IU 20 mcg D3 tablets should i still continue with my TB medicine or not plz help me

before starting treatment for pnemonea sputum for AFB should have been done if sputum for AFB is positive then it is more authenticated and treatment for tuber tuberculosis should be given without break dot treatment can be given. it is more authenticated and acceptable then any x-ray report.
