Can Sudocrem Be Used On Infected Site On Ears?

I ve recently stretched my ears from 3mm to 4mm and I want to do it safely but it s infected and sore I ve used sudocrem and other creams yet none work as I only can use it around the hole. Would it be fine for me to put sudocrem on the tapers/stretchers as I put them in? Thanks very much :)

If wound can be well treated with Povidone ointment, although if this is just a wound then this would come around even without the treatment, if Povidone fails to respond then steroid can be used along with Povidone and option would be Mometasone cream, keep the area clean, take care. (Comment:- There is no medicine that can heal the wound, healing is physiological phenomenon, only infection is matter)
