Can Statin Cause Chest Pain, With Tendinopathy In Shoulder?

Hi I started taking stains in 2003 in 2007 I had a bicept tendonn rupture in my right arm. about a year 1/2 ago I started having chest pain and pain in left arm and shoulder MRI just showed that I have tendinopothy in left shoulder could these have been caused by the statin
