Can Siphene Be Used For Female Infertility?
Hello Doctor, I have been prescribed to take Siphene-M (clomiphene citrate) once per day since my sperm count is less and motility is also very low. I am also taking MaxozaL and Ubiq-300 medicites twice per day. Question is that I heard/read that Siphene-M is only for women and men should not consume it. Could you pl clarify the purpose of this tablet and usage of it by men?

Yes clomiphene used mainly in female to induce ovulation....
The drug act by increase FSH and LH production....
In men so LH will helping to increase testosterone and FSH will help in sperm production...
So if you have low testosterone than this drug can be used....
After few week if using this drug again repeat hormone estimation done to adjust dose....
Meanwhile take healthy and balanced diet with more fruits..
