Can Searle 1411 Tablet Taken Orally Result In Successfule Abortion?
Hii doc i got 5 weeks pregnancy n in a country whr i cant see the doc to abort it.I wanaa ask is thr any possiblity to keep pregnant after taking searale 1411 one tablet oraly after every 6 hours wch means 4 tablets in 24 hrs ? Wot is the % of successful medical abortion and wots the difference b/w the medicines like arthotec, cytotec and searale? And kindly tell me is thr any injection/vaccine use to abort pregnancy i heard of methotraxate ? Is this compulsary to use mifepristone 24 hrs before misoprostol ?

As per my clinical experience, the medical abortion contains various aspects of medications under strict medical supervision. The prior intake of Mifepristone followed by Misoprostol within duration of 24 hours for best desired results for a case of 5 month amenorrhea as there is sequential ripening of cervix followed by expulsion of uterine products by squeezing.
However, many of the patients do face issue of prolong bleeding, retained products inside the womb and other problems during the use of these medications. Do discuss the use of medications with your primary care before consuming to avoid any inevitable side effects and problems.
