Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can. This is just mildly elevated SGT and don't think this can be sign of something serious. It may be caused by certain medicines and less likely it is sign of liver damage but she should do liver ultrasound and check liver viral markers if findings will increase on next follow up.

Hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us anytime.

Wish you a good health.

Kind regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein
