Hello,

As you have been smoking and drinking for a pretty long period, symptoms of dizziness are likely related to it. Your doctor has adviced you to cut short on these so that further worsening of your health can be prevented. There is some issue with the liver you said, which is likely related to alcohol. Apart from this your other test results came normal including the ECG and your doctor assured you of nothing wrong with the heart.

As in ER for the second time, same tests were run with normal results so your doctor has evaluated you well and cleared you of any heart related issues. There is acid reflux which you should pay attention to and avoid intake of alcohol and smoking as these can aggravate your symptoms. You have been prescribed appropriate medicine for the same so I would suggest you to follow your doctor’s advice and make sure you take the medicines as per the doctor has adviced you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
