Hi,
First of all, for simple fever without other symptoms and sign can be treated with Paracetamol alone.
Augmentin as well as Rocephin are antibiotics used to treat infections. We have to identify where exactly the infection is based on signs and symptoms. According to that antibiotics can be prescribed. My advice is to ask your treating physician whether to continue this antibiotic or not.

Thanks.
