Can Primolut N Be Taken For Delayed Periods?

hi.. i am 32 year old lady and have a one girl child. i have unprotected sex last month. My expected period date was 1 March. I had done Home pregnancy test through PregaNews on 7 th March and it was negative. As I don t want to be pregnant, Doctor prescribed me Primolut N. Can it be safer and avoid unwanted pregnancy?

Hi, I think you can take primolut N for inducing periods. It is a safe drug but it can not prevent pregnancy. For that, you have to take some birth control pills. Hope I have answered your question.
