Hi, It is not safe take these medications together. Taking opioid medications like pentazocine together with other medications that also cause central nervous system depression such as lorazepam can lead to serious side effects including respiratory distress, coma, and even death. Besides, there is also a high risk of a serious condition called serotonin syndrome if pentazocine is taken while on Adderall. This may result in confusion, hallucinations, seizures, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, blurred vision, muscle spasm stiffness, tremor, inco-ordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. In its severe form, it may cause coma and even death. Ask your doctor to prescribe alternatives that do not interact, or you may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring to safely use these medications. Hope I have answered your question.
