Can Penidure Be Taken Instead Of Longacilin?

Sir i am 18 years old.I had reumatic fever fim 7.5 years.My test shows that ASO titre level sometimes vry high and sometimes about to normal.My doctor had prescribed me Longacillin Injection of 6 lakhs unit in childhoold every mnth.Bt now its abt 2 laks unit.Well due to unavailability of Longacilin I have been taking penidure prescibed by my uncle.Is there any difference between them.what may be result if i leave my two doses sir.Well I have no joint pain now bt my heart beats vry fast.My head always aching.I am among top students bt due to my health I am frequently disturbed.Is this medicine perfect 4 me.Is there other way to get rid of this disease.When untill how much years should i take this injection.

The Penicillin is the gold therapy for the rheumatic heart disease, Penidura and the Longacillin are both the penicillin then you can take either one of these, if you have taken right dose and completed the course in the beginning then it is okay if you missed the dose right now, this wont make any difference, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
