General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Parlodel contains bromocriptine which is used to treat hyperprolactinemia.
Parlodel and a used to make periods regular and to help you become pregnant.
The cycle irregularities you are having doesn't necessarily mean that you may be pregnant. Wait for 5 days before you do a pregnancy home test. The delay may come as a result of the main issues you are having such hyperprolactinemia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
