Can Parkinson S Disease Cause More Essential Tremors To The Left?

I was diagnosed with parkinsons then told not I have memory loss long and short term, tremors whole body minor resting and action , brain fog , bad mind to hand skills like typing , bladder and bowel leakage with out knowing tested not physical pilling with left hand , most finger twitching and tremors stronger on left side mri s clean dat scan essential tremor not explain neurological problems , so what you think ?

Hi,

There is no neurologic preference of Parkinson's for the left or right, but it is the magnitude of effect over the brain regions of predominant side which is creating more problems over the left side.
