Can Oxycontin And Acetaminophen Cause Damage To Pancreas?

I have acute pancreatitis caused by alcohol abuse. I am in physical rehab after being hospitalized for this condition. My doctor has given me a prescription for knee and muscle pain. it contains 5mg oxycontin and 325mg acetominiphen. Can this further damage my pancreas?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Eat healthy and simple food don't eat spicy and fried food, avoid stale food. Don't go to bed immediately after eating food.
Do yoga and pranayam in the morning meditation is also helpful to you. Take Pantoprazole twice a day for 5 days.
Take syrup. Ulpan 2 teaspoon, thrice a day for 5 days
Take Gasex 2 tab thrice a day for 5 days
If not resolved then consult gastroenterologist.
Do endoscopy for further management
Ultrasound is also helpful
