Can Novaclox Tablet Be Taken Instead Of Texim Injection?

Dear sir,my wife have passed from abortion process yesterday in morning 9.00am,and after this process lady doctor suggested to take Novaclox 500 mg with combiflame for 5 days,she did not take these medicine yesterday,yesterday we met our physician in evening they had given Texim injection in the evening around 8.00pm and suggested to take texim 200 tablets for 5 days(twice in a day).after this injection she feels lot of pain in stomuch.kindly suggest what is the difference b/w Novaclox and texim.can we take novaclox from today after this texim injection.

Taxim ( texim ) is cefotaxim 1 gm is advised for susceptible infection and also for serious infection.
After this injecttion your wife develop nausea ( stomach pain ) .
Usually this injection is advised for serious infection and route of administration is Intravenous but any how , your wife can take novaclox ( amoxycillin+ dicloxacillin ) as this will cover gram+ve as well gram -ve bacteria.
She is also taking paracetamol+ ibuprofen ( combiflam ) , so take this treatment for 5-7 days .
I usually advise my patient to take pantaprazole -D with this novaclox , because usually patient also develop nausea and complain of vomiting .
For alleviation for nausea and vomiting pantaprazole-D is the best medicine.
