Can Norflox-TZ Be Given For Vomiting, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea Instead Of Lopamide And O2?
My wife age 52 yrs was suffering from vomiting &abdominal pain since yesterday evening.Igave her ZoforMD4 at about 9 pm.During vomiting afternoon s food had come out,but her abdominal pain did not stop..After 11pm her loose motion started.Ithen gave her O2 & Electoral powder .Electoral she was taking at sips.Whole night she had watery stool like Diorhea .In the morning her abdominal pain has reduced..Should I give her 2tablets of Lopamide now&continue with O2 twice daily.Or should I give her Norflox TZ twice daily.Please advise.
