Can Norethisterone Be Taken After Mirena Implantation?
Can I take norethisterone if I have the mirena coil fitted? I had it fitted in Jan and bled for 8/10 weeks. Have now stopped but am away with my husband next week and don t want period to arrive. But obviously have no idea when it should now. I m also on oxytetracycline.

I really appreciate your concern, you have not stated for what purpose you want to take the hormone medicine although with IUD you can have the prescribed medicine or suggested medicine by your doctor, but for contraceptive purpose it is questionable hope this information helps.
