Can Nexium 22.3 Mg Cause Anaphylactic Reaction?
I have been on omeprazole dr 40 mg and my doctor switched me to nexium 22.3 mg. I had an anaphylactic reaction. The only other thing I had done differently that day was get a flavoring in my coffee. Can I be allergic to nexium if i am not allergic to prilosec, or was my reaction due to the coffee flavoring?

As per my opinion it is very unlikely for Neksium to cause Anaphylactic reaction . I have used this brand many times and haven't come across a single case of Anaphylaxis.
I feel it could be the Coffee flavour.
