Can Neurobion Forte Be Taken During Periods?

Hello doctor..Can I have neurobion forte during my first trimester,I am already having 1mg folic acid daily but I also have blisters, swollen gums and dry mouth which may be because of b-complex deficiency.please guide me if I can have neurobion forte daily atleast once. Thank you.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In general, that is not required but if it's due to vitamin deficiency you can take it there is no harm from it and continue folic acid for the first trimester and then start iron and calcium for 6 months.
