Can Movon P Be Used For Shoulder Pain?

I m having pain on my shoulder top bone. Sever one. Stretching went a little too much when I was doing resistance band exercises. I have dislocation problem. For now the concern is sever pain on top shoulder bone to neck. Can I use movon p I have only that with me. Its too late night.

Thanks for your query.

You can use the topical preprations like Moov etc. , there is no harm in it but that wont heal the inner inflammation . So you can use it as an adjunctive treatment.

I would advise you to take an antiinflammatory like ibuprofen for 3-5 days depending on your healing and discomfort level. Plus avoid lifting of any heavy object by this hand as it will aggravate the pain .
