Can Morphine Pump Be Used Twice For Abdominal Pain?
I have a friend who s in the end stage of bone cancer.She was using a morphine pump for severe abdominal pain. That pain subsided and when it came time to refill the pump she decided not to. She said it was just for that particular area. Is that right? I was always under the impression that morphine is a general pain killer and the pump was just a more efficient delivery method. Would it help her start using it again?Thank you Barbara Sweet
