Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Mobic is not supposed to cause renal stones. I've never heard of it or read about it. It's not in the drug's summary of product characteristics (SPC) either.

If it does, then it has to be an extremely rare event because this is a widely used medication and side effects like that would have been detected in the past.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
