Can Metoprolol, Losartan And Hydralazine Be Taken Together?

I am taking 3 blood pressure meds, Metoprolol Succ Er 50mg, Losartan Potass 100 mg, and just got put on Hydralazine 50 mg, 2 times a day, seem like a lot of med for a person, 250 mg of BP medications a day!!! Im concern about the amount per day that i have to take if its safe or not.
