Can Methotrexate Injections Cause Acute Constipation?

Hi, I have been taking 10mg of Methotexate by injection, for about four weeks as taking it orally made me very nauseas. I am now so constipated that I have not had a bowel movement for a week. Normally my bowels are very healthy and I go at least once a day, often more. Do you think it could be the Methotrexate?
