Can Meta Appetite Control Be Taken While Suffering From Kidney Failure?

I am reading up on Meta Appetite Control, the main ingredient is psyllium fiber husk. I have a pacemaker and in kidney failure (30% function). 1) can I take Meta Appetite control with these conditions, and 2) will it give me diarrhea? (I battle chronic diarrhea.)

It is not recommended for individuals with reduced kidney function to consume Psyllium. Many products containing Psyllium also have large amounts of potassium and magnesium, which can overload the kidneys.
Psyllium also need to be consumed with large amount of water. This can also cause fluid overload to kidneys.
Psyllium can also precipitate diarrhea especially if you are already suffering from chronic diarrhea.
