Can Melas Cream Remove Facial Acne Marks?
hi sir .. im from india .. i have ordered for meas cream in online .. i wanted to know whether it cures my pimple holes in my skin .. as i had got acne problem some years back,it left out ome holes and marks in my face which looks bad .. so usin melas cream will it go ff ?? i mean will my holes in face gets cured ?? as they say only laser or plastic surgery can do it ..

Acne scars Or as you mention dents/ holes are not going to improve with this topical cream.
The indication for using this cream is facial hyperpigmentation and not for acne scars.
Moreover the combination of ingredients in this cream is not recommended for use on face for more than 1-2 months, in continuity and certainly not without the supervision of a dermatologist because it can cause irritation as well as steroid related side effects like acne, sun sensitivity and facial hair growth in females i.e hirsutism.
Acne scars are best improved with a procedure or a combination of procedures like either Fractional Co 2 Laser, Dermabrasion, Microneedling, Subcision, Chemical peeling etc
The choice of procedure and number of sessions is guided by the severity of acne scars, types of acne scars.
Therefore, I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for a thorough discussion regarding the best procedure for your acne scars.
