Can Meftal-p Be Given With Ibugesic Plus Syrup?

Hello doctor , My daughter have fever just three hours back I had given abujesic plus syrup. Temperatures is reduce but it is around 101 . Last time our family doctor given meftal-p and it work . Will you please suggest , may I give that after three hours of abujesic . She has throat infection.

Meftal-p contains mefamic acid and paracetamol, whereas Ibugesic plus syrup contains ibuprofen 100 mg & paracetamol 162.5 mg.
As both medicines contains paracetamol, If both given together can result in overdose of paracetamol. Wait for 3 more hours(total 6 hours) then Meftal-p can be given.

Next time, please mention age of child for dosage
