Can Meftal-Spas And Pentosac Be Taken Together For Abdominal And Back Pain?
hi i am 25 year working lady and during my monthly cycle i am suffering from lower abdominal pain and backside as well. can i take meftal spas and pentosac at once? i have got this problem since last couple of year but i never used single medicine to get relief from the pain but i feel to take some medicine to overcome this problem.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Most of the ladies get cramps and abdominal discomfort while or before starting menstruation. Warm water bag application will be helpful. If that is not helping then ( mefenamic acid and dicyclomine) meftal spas and pantoperazole helps in relief which i usually advice for my patients. But in case of excessive discomfort than usual a gynecologic examination should be considered. Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further queries. Thanks.
