Can Maryland Bridge Reduce Pain In Tooth And Infection?

I has 2 root canals done on bottom front tooth it is now shifted and a little pain may have a infection can it be cleaned out again and capped instead of being pulled and attached to 2 healthy teeth on each side costing me money I cannot afford for a permanent bridge how about a Maryland bridge if it needs to be pulled out

I have gone through your query, as you have undergone root canal treatment now you cant afford bridge dont worry you can go for partial denture which will be good ,if you go for extraction .
