Can Marijuana Help Cure Testicular Pain?

I have been having some testicular discomfort recently. I went to the urologist today and after examination, I was told that there was nothing wrong. After having took a week and a half long break from smoking marijuana, and the testicular discomfort definitely getting better, I smoked tonight and my testicles are in much discomfort, more discomfort then pain. Is this just my anxiety and me being anxious or could smoking cause more discomfort/a problem? Thanks

Its property as a psycho active drug and mild hallucinogen is the reason you feel the pain is less when you used it. This effect is just for the time being. It never treats the basic cause.
