Can MDMA Be Consumed While Having Ventricular Septal Defect?

Hi there, I have a hole in the heart (VSD) since birth (I m 22 years old) and this VSD is on a valve within my heart which may cause it to deteriorate. The hole has got smaller but not fully closed but upon my last visit to my specialist I have not been recommended any treatment and have been told I don t need to come back for a few years as there is little present danger. Cutting to the chase now, I was just wondering if it would be particularly dangerous for me to take a small amount of MDMA (crystal form) if I was not combining it with any alcohol and was at home with water etc..
