Can Lobate-GM Be Used For Acne On Face?

Firstally i'm using melamet for fairness but melamet cause pimples & redness on my face so i take an advise to a medical store guy, which recommend me panderm plus or lobate gm !! For remove acne problem ,,

I want to know that lobate gm is the best option ? The guy advise me to use it 3-4 times in a week !

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain all the three creams contains steroid and as you already have side effect with Melamet the other two creams advised to you can also cause similar kind of side effects..
So in order to reduce your acne problem first of all completely stop the use of all the steroid creams..
Do cool compresses over face and wash your face frequently with cold water..
Once the redness begins to reduce you can start washing your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash..
Apply Benzoyl peroxide gel and clindamycin gel..
Apply Adapelene gel at night..
Continue doing cool compresses..
For improvimg complexion you can apply Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams..
Apply Vitamin E gel at night..
Scrub your face twice a day with a gentle scrub..
Drink plenty of water and take multivitamins..
