Can Lexapro 10mg Increase The BP In A Person Who Is Already Taking Propranolol 120mg?

I have been taking 120mg of propranolol for about 9 months with very little if any change in my BP. My numbers have actually went up my current reading today was 156/97.I just started taking 10mg of Lexapro about 2 weeks ago could this cause this increase?

Hello.Increased blood pressure is not a common adverse effect of Escitalopram.
Although the increase in blood pressure is not worrisome, go to your doctor to control blood pressure.I wish you good health.
