Can Ibugesic Plus Be Given To A Child Suffering From Fever?

Hi.. My daughter is 7 yrs old n she weights 24 Kg... Yesterday she had 100 fever so I gave crocin ds 5 ml 3 times but the fever has gone up to 101 now.. Can I give her ibugesic plus 5ml and will it reduce fever... She doesn t have anything like cold or cough.. Seems viral
