Can IBS Cause Testicular Pain?

I seem to get what feels like testicular pain when I have a full bladder or my intestines are bloated. Not sure which one but it seems to feel better when I use the restroom or pass gas. The pain is very minor and had it checked out before. The doctor gave my testicles an inspection and they did not hurt at all. I have IBS. Is this a cause of my IBS? or should I go back to the doctor?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
History of testicular pain only on full bladder or on bloating indicates that this is due to a referred pain.
Get a roper diagnosis by consulting a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation of all the conditions together, investigations and proper treatment.
I hope the proper treatment of the basic condition will improve the testicular pain.
On a safer side get an ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum too.
I find this answer helpful
