Can I Use Cortison Tablet During Pregnancy ?

the effect of the cortison during the last month of pregnancy i have some crack in the anus and calm the chronic pain of a drug by the cortisone, but I now in the ninth month of pregnancy Can I use the drug without affecting the fetus

its better to avoid cortisone... it will not have any effect in the ninth month of pregnancy.
